Terms & Conditions: WWC Final Bottomless Brunch Event

1. Reservations and Availability:
   • Reservations for the WWC Final Bottomless Brunch event are subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Only a total of six tables are available for booking.
   • Each table seats four guests.
   • The event is open to guests aged 18 and above.
2. Booking and Payment:
   • To secure a reservation, a non-refundable payment of £100 is required per table, payable in advance via Fatsoma.
   • The payment covers the entire table (seating four guests), at a rate of £25 per person.
   • Tickets are purchased via Fatsoma ticket link only.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • In the event of cancellation by the guest, the £100 reservation fee is non-refundable.
   • In the unlikely occurrence that the event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of the reservation fee will be provided.
4. Event Date and Time:
   • The WWC Final Bottomless Brunch event will take place on the specified date and time as mentioned in the event details.
   • Guests are expected to arrive promptly at the designated start time.
5. Safety and Health Measures:
   • The event organizers are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees.
   • All local health and safety guidelines will be strictly adhered to during the event.
   • Guests are expected to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by event staff.
6. Event Inclusions:
   • The Bottomless Brunch package includes a curated brunch menu and drinks menu for the specified duration of the event.

   • The event organizers and venue shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.

   • Guests may be required to provide valid identification to verify their age and comply with legal regulations regarding alcohol consumption.

   • Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner throughout the event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
